Incinerators in Use
We thought of bringing to the notice of everyone that matters as to where all one can find a Haat Incinerator. To begin with, we will take up the subcontinental and Indian Ocean regions and the applications for which it is put to use.
There are countries in and around the Indian subcontinent, many Indian Ocean islands, land locked countries and so on. We just picked a few at random.
We will start with India first and find out in which States there are Haat’s incinerators. The number and type of wastes are too numerous to enumerate and so we will give the names of States and major applications:
1. Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Andhra, Telangana, Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, Chattisgarh, Gujarat, Odisha, Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Himachal Pradesh, Assam, Meghalaya, Punjab, Haryana, Goa, J & K, Bihar, West Bengal, Rajasthan and Sikkim. (Only a few states in the North East are left out!).
Applications: BMW, MSW, Hazardous waste, poultry waste, other animal carcasses, precious metal recovery, waste gas, paper waste, sanitary napkin waste and many more.
2. Union territories viz. Andaman & Nicobar Islands and Delhi.
3. Afghanistan: We have supplied at least 6 incinerator systems here for Army camp wastes, biomedical waste and airport waste.
4. Pakistan: One incinerator system with complete APC for a Fertilizer unit.
5. Myanmar: One high-end incinerator for an on-shore application in an oil drilling site.
6. Sri Lanka: Several incinerator units for medical waste.
7. Bangladesh: At least 3 incinerator systems being used for biomedical waste, garment industry waste and pharmaceutical waste.
8. Nepal: At least 5 incinerator systems for biomedical waste.
9. Bhutan: 5 incinerator systems for animal waste.
10. Mauritius: 3 large incinerators for biomedical waste, confiscated goods, animal waste and waste oil.
11. Maldives: 3 incinerator systems for garbage, food waste, paper waste, etc. for resorts.
We will give you further information on the presence of Haat’s incinerators in other regions globally. Meanwhile, wherever you are located, we are sure, you can find one of our incinerators and if you need one, do contact us.
Update 14 Oct 2019
Our earlier blog on this subject covered the Sub-continent and the Indian Ocean regions for presence of our incinerators. In this blog, we take up the Far East and find out where we can find a Haat incinerator:
1. Australia: Two LRD model incinerators supplied to the Australian Antarctic Division
2. Fiji: Several ADR installations for bio security and medical waste applications
3. Hong Kong: Two GD bone incinerators
4. Brunei: BP model incinerator for hazardous waste
5. Mongolia: Several GD and PD incinerator models supplied for garbage and medical waste
6. Vietnam: Several GD and PD incinerator models supplied for medical waste and garbage
7. Vanuatu: Marine incinerator model SWR for a shore application for disposal of waste oil
8. Myanmar: Incinerator package SRD on shore for an oil & gas drilling site
These are just a few that we could pick at random showing the presence of Haat’s incinerator installations in many parts of the world. More information here – Reference Projects.
