Most of the incinerators and APC (Air Pollution Control) equipment we sell are custom-built to suit customers’ requirements in terms of capacity, emissions, safety and performance. Additional equipment such as PLC control, auto loading and emission monitoring, to name just a few, have also featured in a number of instances. Production of these incinerators take some time due to drawing approvals, document revisions and clearances for production to start, stage inspections, etc.

However, the standard model incinerators are the ones that take up less time as everything is in place, viz. the drawings, specifications, materials, etc. It is these machines that we offer with practically immediate delivery.

There were a few occasions where we stretched our capability in terms of keeping up to the committed delivery of the ordered incinerators:

1.      Supply of 7 x GD incinerator models (largest size in its range) to Africa for use by the Amercian army. This was fabricated, refractory lined, cured, assembled, performance tested and despatched in a record time of 1 month.

2.      Supply of 11 x ADR model incinerators of varying capacities to the UN in Chad. This was done in just 60 days. The machines were fabricated, refractory lined, painted and assembled with burners, fans and control panels  on a skid and shop curing done.

3.      Supply of 4 x PD / GD model incinerators with APC to military hospitals in India. These were delivered 2 months ahead of schedule to their respective locations.

4.      Supply of 39 autoclaves to Odisha in a record time of 90 days.

5.      Supply of 3 x ADR incinerators to Bhutan for bio-security to BAFRA in 6 weeks.

6.      Supply of several poultry / hatchery / breeder farm incinerators to the largest poultry and hatchery company in 45 days.  More on this here

8.      Supply of 2 x BP model waste oil and hazardous waste incinerators to DNO Yemen in 90 days,

9.      Supply of 3 x GD (40 kg/h) general waste incinerators to an environment trust in India in 90 days.
