Asian Paints chose HAAT for their waste disposal problems for the same reason other industrial groups choose Haat. Asian Paints is a corporate giant in the field of painting and surface finishing who have preferred Haat over a long period of time.
The first Haat incinerator plant was installed for Asian Paints’ Sri Perumbudur project in Tamil Nadu. This was a BP model with ram loader, scrubber, PLC panel and 30-m chimney and was supplied in the year 2004 and commissioned in the year 2005.
The second plant was for Asian PPG, also in Sri Perumbudur, model BP with ram loader, scrubber, PLC panel and 30-m chimney supplied in the year 2007 and commissioned in the year 2008.
After several years of operation of these systems, two new plants were coming up for Asian Paints, one in Mysore, considered the largest paint manufacturing unit in the world and the second one in Vizag, the largest paint manufacturing plant in Asia. Systems required in both places were identical PDR models with ram loader, scrubber, PLC panel, chimney etc.
When the contract was being processed, the procurement team desired to get feedback on performance of existing incinerators installed by different incinerator manufacturers from all the Asian
We are happy that after 10 years of operation, the client still found durability and quality in Haat’s Incinerator systems, which is evident from the trust Asian Paints placed on us in awarding these two prestigious projects.
In all instances of Haat supply of incinerators, the waste was process waste from paint manufacturing which has a high calorific value. The system has to strictly comply with the emissions under Hazardous Waste Rules prevalent in the country.
Our experience in many such similar installations, operating and maintaining our own Common Hazardous Waste Incinerator facility and not compromising quality for cost have all contributed to the continued trust our customers have in Haat.
