Animal Waste Incinerators

Haat has in its range PWR, ADR and ACR model incinerators for incinerating different types of animal wastes.

  1. PWR

This model is preferred for birds such as chicken, geese, etc. and used by poultries and hatcheries where there are sick birds, dead chicks, unfertilized eggs and so on.  Haat has made a mark with poultry and hatchery companies in many parts of the world with its incinerator systems and their experience with this application.

The many advantages of using Haat’s PWR poultry / chicken incinerators are:

  • These are skid mounted, requiring no installation at site
  • These are generally ‘fill and fire’ models with no site work except fixing chimney
  • These do not require trained operators
  • Some of the models can accept the full rated capacity of waste at one time and there is no need for repeated loading
  • There are no wearing parts or slabs inside needing replacement
  • Long paint life
  • Long refractory life
  • Very good performance and emissions
  • Long equipment life of more than 15 years
  1. ADR

This model is different from the PWR in terms of design and shape and is more versatile in terms of the different types of waste it can accept.

We have supplied this model in sizes ranging from 5 kg to 300 kg/h.  In this model, capacities beyond 50 kg/h may require an ejector mechanism.  This incinerator can be supplied with different types of air pollution control equipment.  This incinerator is preferred for birds, small animals, pet cremation, bio-security, slaughter houses and is used by many customers in the Middle East, Africa, Far East, etc.

  1. ACR

The ACR model is used for large animals like deer, cows, ponies, etc. and is designed for burning rates between 150 to 500 kg/h with weight acceptances ranging from 250 kg to 1000 kg.  This is a special design with dual hearths which enables burning of the solid waste in the primary hearth and liquid fat in the secondary hearth.  This is preferred by large animal farms, zoological parks and animal houses.  Some of the features of this equipment are:

  • Options of ram loader, crane or winch for charging
  • Automatic opening and closing of large loading door
  • Dual hearth
  • Combination of castable and refractory brick lining
  • APC can be added as required
  • Excellent emissions
  • Long paint life
  • Long refractory life
  • Long equipment life

In our experience of over 2 decades, hundreds of these models have been supplied for use in the safe disposal and incineration of animal waste.  Some big names in the industry are committed users of Haat Incinerators.
