COVID-19 has generated lot of discussions on how it has impacted people’s lives, mental and physical health, brought about awareness of the seriousness of the issue, importance of cleanliness, social distancing and so on.
It has also generated another problem of waste disposal of single use items of PPE like face masks, tissues, gloves, etc. All single use items of COVID-19 waste have to be disposed of regularly and at the source so that the infection is not carried from place to place and by several people.
We do not wish to have a situation similar to Wuhan where the waste generation was 200 tons per day.
Fortunately we have a declining fatality rate but the number of people who are becoming infected keeps increasing. The recovery rate however has improved to nearly 50%. Nevertheless, it is important that we address ourselves to the needs of waste management by disposing of the waste every day.
Haat has in its range, Trash Destructors like LD, MD and HD which do not require any fuel. They do not require any
In addition Haat has in its range their ADR model which is fuel-assisted and these machines are now being exported to many countries in Africa for COVID-19 applications.
Both these ranges produce no visible smoke conforming to Ringleman Scale `0`.
In summary, we have Trash Destructors and our ADR model readily available for incinerating COVID-19 waste. We are temporarily christening them as COVID-19 incinerators.
We thank all the medical personnel, police forces, home delivery agencies, etc. who are selflessly working in the last two months and more. While expressing our sincere appreciation of their selfless service, we request all the hospitals, corporates etc. who generate COVID-19 waste to use Haat’s COVID-19 incinerators to get rid of their waste. The model can be chosen depending on the quantity of waste.
We are at your service 24 x 7 and can be contacted on sales@haat-india.com.
