Haat has a unique range of Trash Destructors or single chamber incinerators. These are `Free Burning`, meaning no fuel is used in burning the waste.
This exclusive feature makes it one of the most sought after products because it has practically no running cost.
How does it work?
All models in this range have minimum two zones. The primary zone is where waste is charged. The recommended waste should be free from moisture and includes paper, packaging materials, cartons, wood, dry leaves and the like.
In the primary zone, provision is made for entry of primary air from the atmosphere thru a central cone, grate and the walls. This serves as combustion air for burning the waste. Waste is charged here and manually lit. Once the burning process starts, the chamber develops negative pressure due to which the more air enters the chamber. The burning flame is further assisted by more atmospheric air entering the top zone thru the isolating space between the outer casing and inner chamber. The same flame is thus able to after burn the smoke and particulates in the top zone and the resultant flue gas from the stack is, therefore, colourless and odourless.

Haat’s trash destructors are lined throughout with special castable refractory which have high strength at high temperature, ensuring a long refractory life.
These machines are designed specifically for the disposal of Type 0 and Type 1 wastes and are extensively used in:
• Offices for destruction of trash/rubbish, cardboard and floor sweepings

Haat’s trash destructors are available in a wide range from 15 kg/h burning rate to 240 kg/h burning rate and are supplied with a standard 1.2 m stack refractory lined with smut arrestor and an ash rake.
