Precious Metal Recovery Incinerators

Having supplied a fair number of furnaces for the recovery of the yellow metal and its more expensive kind, we designed a new system for a refinery making gold coins.

This design called for high temperature resistant trays placed in the furnace in 4 rows, with each tray having a holding capacity of 50 litres.  The trays were placed on a specially made high strength refractory hearth with pre-designed orifices with burners below the hearth, enabling heat to hit the tray bottom continuously, thereby burning the waste containing the precious metal and converting it into fine ash, isolating the precious metal to be recovered.

This system is then connected to an air pollution control device to not only reduce emissions, but also to recover any flying particles from the combustion chamber.  The furnace has the capacity to produce approximately 180 to 200 kg of the yellow metal per hour by reducing a waste quantity of approximately 400 kg.

This design is not only very efficient, it is effective and gives good and instant results, thereby creating confidence in the user that his investment is most certainly producing rewards which would have otherwise been unaccomplished.

Here is another instance of Haat helping in the recovery of precious metals.
