Double chamber incinerator within one shell

Unique design with primary and secondary chambers located within the same shell resulting in savings in operational costs.

One burner doing the function of two – low fuel costs

A single burner burning waste as well as the products of combustion in the secondary chamber makes it truly a fuel efficient design.

Grated hearth for uniform air flow

The grated hearth design of the GD incinerator makes it ideal for any dense wastes such as food waste which have more moisture and tendency

to settle down.  The flue gases pass through the grated hearth to the secondary chamber of the incinerator and exit through the chimney after getting burnt by the core of the burner flame.

Smokeless and odourless emission

If loaded and operated as per instructions provided, this incinerator will be truly smokeless and odourless due to very effective after burn of the flue gases.

More than 100 such incinerators in use

The GD incinerator is a very popular model.  This machine is preferred by hospitals, nursing homes, research centers, poultry farms, forensic science labs, hatcheries, hotels, etc.

Batch loading

Small quantities of waste need to be frequently fed.  Generally, batch type operates for only 8 hours a day.

From 5 kg/h to 50 kg/h, any incinerator capacity in this range can be supplied.
