Animal Carcass Incineration

We have some well-designed and proven models of animal carcass incinerators in our range. The applications for these include:

- small animals from animal test houses

- pet animals

- birds and eggs from poultry and hatchery farms including for turkeys

- medium sized animal incinerators for pig and hog farms

- large animals from zoological parks – for deer and other big animals, stud farms – for horses and foals, cattle farms – for cows and calves and incinerators even for camels!

The Haat PWR and ADR model incinerators cover most of the small animal and poultry ranges, whereas the ACR model animal cremators are used for disposal of large animal carcasses such as deer, python, baby elephants, bulls, buffalos and the like.

The PWR/ADR incinerator model is simple to install and operate. It is also designed to load waste to its capacity once and leave it to burn, so that it is opened again only to de-ash, after the incinerator has cooled down. We have supplied quite a few of these animal incinerator models all over the world.

The PWR/ADR incinerator range is available from 10 kg/h to 500 kg/h. It can be supplied with air pollution control systems and tall stacks as per client requirements.

The ACR incinerator range is fairly large and more built to also incinerate the large amounts of fat that are released by large animals. It is also one time load and fire system, but the charging door is automatic and the carcass has to be charged into the incinerator using a forklift, crane or winch. It is provided with PLC control for semi-automatic operation. The design of this incinerator system provides for collection and burning of the liquid fat which is released when the carcass is burnt. This ensures there is no leakage of the fat thru any of the openings. When the work is done, the incineration of the dead animal with its fat content is complete.

The ACR incinerator range extends from 250 kg weight acceptance and a burning rate of 150 kg/h to 1000 kg weight acceptance and a burning rate of 500 kg/h. (Higher capacities can be made against specific requirements.) This means that if the weight of the carcass is 1 ton, it can be charged in one go and it will be incinerated in two hours.

Many of our Haat animal carcass incinerators are at work globally and the fact they are doing a good job is established by the repeat orders we get for these from the same/similar users. We also get referenced by the users to other prospects.
