Haat ADR Model Incinerator - The Garment Industry's Preference
The ADR Model Incinerator is the most popular Haat model with the garment industry in India and abroad.
The garment industry in India, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka makes garments for the world. The production process generates waste off-cuts from cutting cloth to make the final apparel. If left uncleared, these off-cuts become a mountain in no time. If given out for disposal, there is always a fear some of these could be misused.
Garment manufacturing companies in India and Bangladesh are using Haat`s ADR model incinerators with APC equipment successfully for some time now. The advantage of using the ADR incinerator is its low running cost. Even though there are no regulations in many countries for this non-hazardous waste, the ADR incinerator can meet desired emission requirements. It uses the calorific value of the dry material and only requires some initial fuel to start the system. Its running cost is practically nil. When it runs, the flue gas is colourless.
The ADR incinerator has two chambers, each with its own burner and is lined with a customised refractory which develops high cold crushing strength at high temperatures. The refractory is cured and the entire system test run before shipping. This ensures there are no hiccups using it at the client`s end. It is generally skid-mounted with a diesel tank, control panel along with the incinerator to make it easily portable, requiring very little installation work at site.
The garment industry also employs a large number of women in their production line and have benefitted immensely in the past from our UD or GD models for sanitary napkin incineration.
