Paper Incinerator

Haat has a range of paper incinerators for Type 1 waste which includes waste paper, drawings, confidential documents, used cheque leaves, soiled currency, packaging materials like cardboard, wood, etc.

Type 1 waste is a mixture of highly combustible wastes such as paper, cardboard, cartons, wood boxes, garden waste like dry leaves and combustible floor sweepings. These are predominantly dry with a good calorific value in the region of 4500 kcal/kg to enable combustion without fuel assistance. These wastes contain 10% moisture, 5% incombustible solids and may contain up to 10% by weight of plastic bags, coated paper, laminated paper, treated corrugated cardboard, oily rags and plastic or rubber scraps.

The LD/MD/HD range of Incinerators (nay, Trash Destructors) is especially designed for type 1 wastes and is a fast-selling product of Haat, because it is NON SMOKING has NO RUNNING COSTS involved.

How is the design of these systems? The trash destructor is refractory-lined with multiple port holes for air entry. There is also a central cone with its own port holes. Once waste is loaded and ignited manually, there is a drop in pressure inside the chamber, which enables atmospheric air to enter from designated areas through the multiple port holes. The location of port holes is such that air enters from all around the chamber and from the centre, thus creating a good turbulence. After initial combustion, the smoke and other particulates travel upwards to the top chamber, where the flame from below heats them up, resulting in NO SMOKE coming out of the chimney on top.

These cleverly designed incinerators are used by:

Banks (discarded cheques and soiled currencies)

Defence departments (for disposal of confidential documents and drawings)

Manufacturers of coffee and tea (for disposal of rejected sachets)

Packaging industry (wood offcuts and cardboard waste)

Manufacturers of tapes with adhesives (for rejected products)

Schools and colleges (discarded question and answer papers)

Textile mills, Garment industry, Hostels (for disposal of sanitary napkins)

Embassies (for disposal of unwanted documents like visa applications, etc.)

                 Space Research Organisations (confidential drawings)

                 Railways (used tickets)

                 Resorts (paper and packaging)

                 Automobile manufacturing (packaging materials)

                 Fertilizer (packaging and dry leaves)

                 Steel making (non-hazardous rags)

Food & beverage (rejected packaging and labels)

Pharma industry (rejected capsules, packing materials)

                 Detergent & Soap (packaging, paper)

The above is only a sampling of the applications for which Haat Trash Destructors are being successfully used for over 20 years.

If you have a dry waste falling into any of the above categories (and even if you have some, which are outside the above) please contact us and we will surely have a solution.
