Provided for static hearth designs
This is used particularly for solid hearth designs where due to the nature of the design it requires repeated removal of ash.
Can be wet or dry type
The ash that is discharged from the chamber can be taken forward either in a dry state or cooled with a mist of water to bring down the temperature.
Can be for simple discharge of ash or conveyed to specific
The system can be designed for straight discharge of ash from the rotary hopper to a bin or can be taken through a chute and a conveyor to the required location.
Choice of MOC
At the discharge end of the ash it can be mild steel construction with refractory lining or in the event of using a conveyor, it can be of stainless steel construction.
Fully automatic
The system is fully automatic. At pre-determined intervals, the discharge door opens hydraulically, discharges ash and closes. The discharged ash is then taken out and conveyed through a conveyor to the required location without any manual intervention.
