Incinerators for Animals, Large & Small
While analysing our list of installations, we found that we have supplied incinerators and cremators for animals, big and small, over the years.
There are installations at:
- animal test houses for dead guinea pigs, mice and other rodents
- poultry farms for dead birds and chicks
- pet crematoriums for dogs, cats and stray animals
- animal pounds and sanctuaries for dead animals
- veterinary establishments for carcasses such as horses and even camels
- zoological parks for large animals like deer, zebra, pythons, etc.
While the incinerators for small animals and birds require only a manual loading arrangement, the ones for medium sized animals require an auto loading arrangement like a ram loader.
For big animal cremators requiring large openings for charging, the door being heavy, automation is required for opening and closing the charging door. A jib crane or a forklift is required in addition, for loading the animal carcass into the chamber. The large animal cremator requires also needs to be provided with arrangement for collecting and burning fat which is released when the carcass is being burnt, as otherwise the fat would leak out through openings like ash doors. This system is preferably made totally automatic with PLC for control and HMI for operation. The hearth in the case of a large system needs to be strong enough to take the weight of the carcass, which could be anywhere between a 100 to 800 kilos.
For small animals and birds, it can be operated as a one-time batch loading and burning design or by frequent charging. In the case of the larger system, one-time charge and operate the system is the way it is designed because of the size of the carcass.
With a successful installation base and running of more than 50 animal cremators and incinerators, Haat has enough experience to meet any requirement in this field.
