Containerised Incinerator for Saudi Ministry

Containerised Incinerator for general garbage was requisitioned for use by the Ministry of Interior from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

The application was for disposal of general garbage and the container had to be specially made for locating both primary and secondary chamber in parallel to each other with air vent, entry and exit doors for ease of operation and maintenance along with fire extinguisher, panel board with PLC control, FD fan and 10-m chimney.

Haat’s TDR incinerator model was ideal for this application as it is designed specifically to be installed in a container.  The incinerator is 95% pre-installed in Haat’s

shop, making it very easy to install and use.  The incinerator Factory Acceptance Test was conducted and accepted by the Saudi client and it was supplied in the year 2009.

Our commissioning engineer visited Riyadh and completed the commissioning to the satisfaction of customer.

The system has been working since 2009 satisfactorily.

Another TDR incinerator was supplied to the Serengeti National Park in Tanzania for incineration of resort garbage.  More about this in another case study.  Videos of this system and another incinerator supplied to the UAE Military can be seen on this page.
