On a hot afternoon in Bangalore, a senior gentleman dropped in at our factory to enquire about precious metal recovery. He had been to a large jewellery manufacturing company located in the border of Karnataka and Tamil Nadu and was impressed by the Haat PMR model incinerator working there now for a few years.

We briefed him about the possibilities of using a similar but improved design for recovering gold and other precious metal catalysts from wastes. It was decided to make a proposal for an incinerator for the recovery of 200 kg/batch and then a visit to their plant.

The visit took place for freezing the design and capacity and a contract was placed. The incinerator system with stainless steel trays with a dual hearth design was made ready and inspected by the client.

It was subsequently despatched, installed and commissioned to their satisfaction.

After the machine ran for a few months, the client gave us a feedback about the good performance of the system which enabled him to increase his recovery and thus brought a quick return on investment.

This Precious Metal Recovery Incinerator is since seen by a couple of other prospective users and we are on the job providing them the required offer.
