We recently developed the ADR model incinerator for use in the case of Coronavirus wastes such as masks, gloves and PPEs, etc.

The ADR model incinerator is a twin chamber machine with sufficient residence time in the secondary chamber.  It is provided with one independent burner for each chamber.  It also has an ejector mechanism (for medium capacities onwards) to ensure negative pressure in the chamber.

The unit is supplied with a diesel tank and control panel, all of which are mounted together with the incinerator on a single skid.

What this means to the end user is:

• No installation at site except fixing the chimney
• Easy portability from place to place
• Being fully automatic in operation, only loading of waste and de-ashing will be manual
• No experienced operator required
• Low fuel consumption due to high calorific value of the waste
• No wearing parts in the system requiring replacement
• Monolithic castable refractory which has very high strength at high temperature
• Long refractory life requiring no fresh lining frequently
• Grit blasted and two coat painted system which means long paint life

Finally all these ensure complete customer satisfaction in terms of disposal of this deadly Coronavirus waste!!!
