In recent times, there has been a proliferation of orders for our model ADR and PWR incinerators from different industries for varying applications.

The PWR model is preferred the most by the Poultry and Hatchery industry. This is because:

-        It is a fit-and-fire model

-        It is skid mounted (requiring no foundation, only a level platform)

-        It is practically hands-free (except for initial loading)

-        It is safe

-        It is trouble-free

-        It lasts a long time

The advantages of ADR are similar to the PWR and additionally:

-        It can be designed for 1 or 2 second residence time

-        It can be offered with an ejector mechanism

Both models are low in capital costs, maintenance free and give a good life, apart from good performance. 

The life of the incinerator is decided basically by the refractory used.  We use a special castable refractory having a high compressive strength at 1000°C which is in fact very good.  This means no damage can occur to the lining at very high temperatures.  It is rock solid when it is glowing white hot!

The simplicity of the design of these incinerator models coupled with the quality of materials and workmanship and the ease of installation and commissioning helps the user take a quick decision.  Not surprisingly, therefore, there are a lot of Haat’s incinerators in use in India and abroad.
