Haat's Marine Incinerator

The SWR model Haat Marine Incinerator has a wide range - from 200 to 2400 KW, with multiple options for loading and APC equipment.

We are, perhaps, one of the first companies in India to be certified and IMO type approved for this kind of incineration equipment which will find instant use on board ships / offshore platforms anywhere in the world. The incinerator complies with Annex.A.1 Item No. A.1/2.7 and Annex B in the directive MARPOL 73/78 as amended, Annex VI Regulation 16, IMP Resolution MEPC 244(66) and certified by DNV-GL Norway.

This certification, which is a must for any shipping line or ocean going vessel, enables shipyards, Navy, Coast guards, offshore platforms, cruise ships, cargo vessels and tankers to procure the incinerator with the satisfying knowledge that the system complies in all respects with their requirements in terms of quality, capacity, performance, fitting into ship`s limited space, etc. and is comparable in all aspects to the best in the world.

The SWR Marine Incinerator is skid-mounted and fully automatic requiring no manual intervention. Every single unit of assembly is located on skids, making it easy to transport from place to place quickly and easily.

We are already in touch with the end-users concerned for installing these incinerators on board ships being built in India.

The introduction of this model of incinerators is in line with the Indian Government`s `Make in India Policy`, at the same time fulfilling the need for a long overdue Indian product of quality comparable to the best in the world. End users do not have to look outside the country for this product any more.

While we are yet to get support from users within the country on this issue, we have already executed a contract for model SWR H3C24SA 2400 KW solid and liquid waste incinerator to the Govt. of Mauritius. This is for disposing of waste oil generated on shore by a power plant which produces electricity in the Indian Ocean Island.

We have just received a contract from another overseas company located in an island near Australia. This company provides marine services and logistics and is setting up this on-shore Marine Incinerator to receive and handle liquid/semi solid wastes from ships travelling in this region.

We are waiting for Indian shipping companies, Indian Navy, Coast Guard, Oil drilling companies, etc. to make use of this development, knowing well that the Indian product is second to none in the world; priced economically and with service just a phone call away.  More on Haat’s marine incinerator here – SWR.
