Incinerator for waste liquid and gas

We have been able to offer our incinerator systems for solid, semi-solid and liquid wastes as well as waste gas (vent gases from a process).  Particular mention can be made of our incinerator which works for solid, semi-solid and liquid wastes.  The liquid waste is pumped into the chamber and using a special nozzle it is atomized to deliver a fine mist which enables complete combustion of the liquid waste.

Semi-solid sludge is pumped through a screw pump which delivers the sludge on a continuous basis into the chamber for burning.  Solid waste is loaded separately through a charging door, either double flap valve or hopper or a ram loader.

All the three types of wastes are incinerated in our marine incinerator model SWR which is designed to handle all the three categories simultaneously.

Secondly we also offer an incinerator system for handling waste liquid and waste gas.  In this instance, while the liquid waste handling system remains same as in the SWR model, the waste gas is delivered to the combustion chamber with the help of an FD fan and this along with the liquid waste is simultaneously combusted in the chamber.

In either case, at the outlet of chamber we have provided an ejector mechanism which has two purposes.

  • to create negative pressure in the combustion chamber
  • to reduce the outgoing flue gas temperature

We have, over the years, supplied quite a few systems to handle these four forms of wastes successfully and are happy with the results and so are our users!
