Haat's Incinerators are Precious - Recovery of Metals by Incineration

Wherever there is human activity, waste is generated. Wherever there is organic waste, there is scope for incineration.  The possibilities of using an incinerator are endless and extend beyond one`s imagination. An incinerator need not be used just for disposing of garbage or medical waste.

Some wastes are reused and some recycled which reduces waste volumes and recycling also recovers the good from the bad.

It was a while ago, we were approached by a big jewellery manufacturer in Southern India to develop a precious metal recovery system for him. He was recovering some amount of precious metal by burning the waste in an enclosed chamber. After studying his requirement, we proposed a system consisting of combustion chamber, secondary chamber, loading arrangement, scrubber, chiller and filter     press. The idea was to recover precious metals from more than one part of the process chain to increase the recovery percentage.

The client accepted our proposal and the incinerator for recovery of precious metal was made, delivered and installed. We met the client after a period of 6 months and he greeted us with a big smile on his face. He said, he has been able to recover the investment made by him on the incinerator in about 5 months because of the higher percentage of the yellow metal he was able to recover.

This paved the way for another jewellery giant in India to go in for a similar system from Haat and the incinerator is in place for the past 5 years and running without any issues.

Our experience in this field also brought a couple of other waste re-processors from the pharma industry. In these cases too, a new incinerator design was developed in-house with its air pollution control equipment and recovery points.

We are happy we are able to contribute to retaining this rare commodity and preserving the environment.

You will agree, in the circumstances, that the HAAT INCINERATOR IS PRECIOUS TOO!
