We mentioned in an earlier blog about how Haat’s incinerators are finding increasing applications in some strange locations for stranger applications.

Here’s a case of one more University of agriculture which has repeatedly come to Haat incinerators for solutions.

This University has a three-fold function of teaching, research and extension in the field of agriculture and allied sciences.  In its 30 years of dedicated service, the University has earned the reputation of being a Farmers’ University.

This University which is located in South India had already set up three incinerators in its farms at different locations.  The purpose is to dispose of waste plants and seeds after the research on them are completed.

Having satisfied itself over a period of two to three years of using Haat’s incinerators for this purpose, they have now ordered three more incinerators for use in their central establishment.

The reasons for choosing Haat’s incinerators in particular are many, some of which are given below:

-        The incinerators are skid-mounted and pre-installed and pre-wired, requiring practically no work at site for installation.

-        The rated capacity of waste can be charged at one time, which means, there is no need to frequently open and close the charging door, after switching off the burners.

-        It is practically a fully automatic system, in as much as once the parameters like temperature, time, etc. are set in the control panel, there is no need for manual intervention.

-        It is lined with a castable refractory specially made for Haat and it exhibits high strength at high temperatures, which means the chances of damage to refractory are extremely low.

-        It is painted by a special process requiring practically no repainting for at least 3 years.

-        Due to its design and materials of construction used and process of manufacture, it is endowed with a long life with very little or no maintenance.

-        After sales service is provided to all customers, wherever they are located.

All the above factors have been absorbed and felt by the users and that is the only reason these establishments opt for Haat’s incinerators at all times.
