Haat's Poultry Waste Incinerator
Haat’s PWR incinerator is a model specifically manufactured for the poultry and hatchery industry for disposal of their wastes. These wastes include:
• Unfertilized eggs
• Egg shells from hatched eggs
• Dead embryos
• Dead chicks or weaklings
• Male chicks in a hatchery
• Lab wastes such as petri dishes, gloves, etc.
Haat`s poultry and chicken incinerators are working in many locations throughout India and abroad for this application for nearly 20 years.
We continue to get orders for supply of incinerators from the same end user, the main reasons for which can be listed as:
• low initial capital cost
• low running cost
• simple to install and commission our skid-mounted system
• efficiency of the system
• long equipment life
• low maintenance
All these factors are built into the incinerators and hence these models are preferred by users world over, once they have used the first machine.
The PWR model poultry incinerator is designed such that the user can commission the equipment himself. This is because the incinerator, diesel tank and control panel are all mounted together on a single skid. The system is pre-wired, factory-cured and ready to fire once the stack is bolted on top, power is connected and diesel filled.
Similarly there are no wearing parts inside the chamber requiring constant attention and maintenance. The lining with castable refractory is done with pre-determined expansion joints.
There are two chambers both with individual burners.
For models from 50 kg/h onwards, an ejector mechanism is provided along with a fan. The fan provides combustion air, cooling air for the flue gas and air for the ejector. The ejector assembly creates a negative pressure in the chamber ensuring no leakage of smoke from the system.
All these features make the Haat Poultry and Hatchery Waste Incinerator user-friendly and provide efficient performance with a long life. More information here – Haat Incinerator model PWR.
