We do more than just make incinerators!

We fully understand our social responsibilities and take every effort to fulfill them, which is a little more than simply making incinerators.

We have taken the following steps on this account:

1.      Water discharge: Thanks to our equipment configuration and process design, there is ZERO DISCHARGE of water from our Common Hazardous Waste Incinerator facility, which makes it a preferred one by many MNCs in Karnataka.

2.      Energy efficient: Where possible, we have made our system and motors energy efficient. Solar energy is used where practical.

3.      Health: Our employees and operators` health is a matter of high priority to us. Our staff undergoes health checks periodically to make sure there is no concern.

4.      Safety: Safety of our own employees and that of our customers is taken very seriously and machines are built such that all areas of safety concerns are addressed in the design stage itself. Additionally, regular training to customer operators and our own on safety aspects has helped us to avoid any incidents.

5.      Environment: Our Common Hazardous Waste Incineration facility has a CEMS (Continuous Emission Monitoring System) which directly and continuously uploads values to the CPCB portal thru FTP server giving evidence of our compliance to emission regulations and creating confidence in the regulatory authority and through them the general public that our incinerator emissions are well within prescribed limits, contributing to a clean environment.

In addition, we get regular feedbacks from our customers which helps us to constantly improve the quality of our work and service.
