JSW Steel Works - here was another case of a National Bid for supply of a 250 kg/h Incinerator to JSW Works in Toranagalu, North Karnataka.

The waste is oil sludge from the Cold Rolling Mills.  The customer preferred to use Corex gas which is the by-product of the blast furnace.  Corex gas has very low calorific value something in the range of 2000 kcal/m³ and requires a special burner.

The system comprised of a primary combustion chamber and secondary chamber, wet venturi scrubber, 30-m stack and automatic PLC controlled panel. 

Three national bidders were shortlisted of which the order was awarded to HAAT.  JSW is one of the largest steel producing companies in the country and has a reputation for its quality.  HAAT had to match the expectations of JSW in terms of quality and the system was made and delivered in time, the installation was completed and corex gas burners worked well. 

We feel happy that we had completed another project without any hitch.
