The Foundations for Building A Quality Incinerator

What are the essential things that Haat does which makes its products quality-wise better than any other? Why does a Haat Incinerator not fail in service for 10, 15 and 20 years? Why does a customer come back to place a repeat order for a Haat Incinerator?

These are questions that find instant answer when one considers the foundation that we lay while making an incinerator.

Take for example, the fabrication of an incinerator. The steel sheets and plates are cut to precise dimensions, in a hydraulic shearing machine, as dictated by design drawings. The edge preparation for welding is done using pneumatic beveling machine. They are rolled to perfection in a hydraulic rolling machine. The cut sheets and plates are then welded using a specially made Column and Boom Welding Machine. All these activities are watched, controlled and guided by a team of qualified Quality Engineers.

The column and boom welding machine has a vertical column on which a horizontal boom traverses vertically and horizontally. There are rollers at ground level, where the job is kept fastened. Once the speed, direction, wire feed rate, current and other parameters are set, the welding is done automatically by a continuous wire feeding machine.

What is the result? It is a totally defect-free joint, pleasing to the eye and a solid and strong metallurgical bond.

We realized quite some time back that the foundation for good quality incinerator is its quality of fabrication and hence these production machines were chosen carefully.

It has to be noted that one needs not only the correct type and good quality equipment, but also qualified and experienced technicians and supervisors. Our Leaders of Production and Welding Technicians are well qualified, experienced and capable. In particular, the welding technician is qualified under ASME Sec. IX for up to 6G positions, which is validated every year. Quality Control Engineers are qualified under ASME Sec.V for Non-destructive Examination Level 2 for liquid penetrant inspection valid for 5 years.  Painters are trained by an independent training school from time to time.

The man-machine interaction produces good incinerators appreciated by users the world over. Obviously a Haat Incinerator is FOR EVER!
