Incinerator manufacturer
There are incinerators that are good, reliable, long lasting, meet performance parameters and are user friendly.
Then there are incinerators that appear good, but in reality do not last long, have a limited life, questionable performance and poor reliability.
How can the end user identify the bad ones from the good ones? After all, he is the one who is spending money from his pocket to buy an incinerator to do the disposal of his waste properly, cleanly and in an environmentally friendly manner.
How does he do that? There are a few tips on this issue.
1) Does the manufacturer have ISO 9001 certification?
2) Does he have ISO 45001 certification, which considers the safety of the user’s operatives?
3) Does he have ISO 14001 certificate, which make it obligatory on the manufacturer to ensure environmental concerns?
4) Does he have good infrastructure to manufacture the incinerators?
5) Does he have a competent quality control team?
6) Does he have an inspection and test plan?
7) Does he use only fresh unused raw-materials for manufacture of the incinerator?
8) Does he have in-house testing and pre-despatch inspection facilities?
9) Is he willing to accept third party inspection for certifying the product quality?
10) Does he have a good track record of supplies?
11) What are the emissions that his incinerators produce?
12) What is his customer profile?
13) What are his painting and preparation facilities?
14) Does he have a qualified service team?
15) What is his response time for service calls?
These are just some of the points that would indicate whether the incinerator manufacturer is producing quality equipment meeting all the specifications and requirements ensuring at the same time Operational Health and Safety and Environmental Concerns.
If the analysis is made using the above template, it would mean that the user is able to compare apples with apples and not apples and with oranges.
It is very important to do this exercise because the little amount of money that is initially saved with a tempting lower offer from another incinerator manufacturer could result in the customer actually spending more in the long run than the amount that he would spend for a quality incinerator. Choose, but choose wisely!
