Thermal Oxidizer

A Thermal Oxidizer is a combustion device designed to destroy hazardous air pollutants (HAPs), volatile organic compounds (VOCs), and odour by converting them into carbon dioxide (CO?) and water (H?O) through the application of heat, prior to releasing them into the atmosphere. Unlike catalytic oxidizers, thermal oxidizers operate without the use of a catalyst.

Thermal oxidizers are widely used in various manufacturing sectors, including:

Automobile

Electronics and semiconductors

Food and beverage

Metal coating composites

Carbon fibre

Chemical processing

Newspaper and magazine printing

Painting applications

Currently, there are no mandatory regulations in many countries requiring the use of thermal oxidizers for treating waste gases. In contrast, several countries globally have implemented stringent regulations, leading to widespread adoption of these systems. Despite the absence of regulations, many corporates and public sector undertakings voluntarily adopt thermal oxidizers as part of their commitment to a cleaner environment.

At Haat, we offer a wide range of thermal oxidizers with capacities ranging from 16 Nm³/h to 60,000 Nm³/h and more. We have successfully supplied and installed these systems at various sites within India and abroad.

Each enquiry for a thermal oxidizer presents unique challenges to us. We invite industries facing similar waste gas treatment challenges to reach out to us. Our team is committed to providing customized solutions to resolve these issues satisfactorily and quickly, ensuring a healthier environment for workers and communities around.
