Haat has just introduced in its range, the `HCR’ model Human Cremators for the first time.

The main features of the newly designed HCR cremator are:

• Two-chamber design with two burners.
• Charging the body by trolley.
• Hydraulically operated loading door.
• Multiple port holes for combustion air.
• Primary burner for body burning and secondary burner for flue gas burning.
• Secondary chamber located below the primary.
• Ejector mechanism for negative pressure in the chamber.
• Smokeless and odourless emission.

Current cremators in the country are found to be quite polluting, while Haat’s system will offer clean emissions.

The lining of this Cremator will be with both castable refractory as well as bricks.  Castable refractory plays a major role in the longevity of the system.  Hence hearth and all walls are constructed with castable refractory.

The first Human Cremator order will be shipped to an Indian Ocean Island nation, from where we are likely to get more business, apart from other countries as well as within India.
