Incinerators - Customised or Standard?

Haat has, in its range, both customised and standard models of incinerators.  How does a user choose either one?  What are the differences between a custom-built or tailor-made type and a standard incinerator?

The design of the standard incinerator is based on empirical formulas of the manufacturer which he must be using over a long period of time. The manufacturer has the drawings, BOMs, etc. ready and the incinerator can be made in quick time. There is, however, very little scope for modifying the original design. May be some additions could be made, if required. It need not address the needs of the end user. Trying to use a standard incinerator model for special requirements would be akin to cutting the foot to match the shoe.

The custom-built incinerator, as the name suggests, is made-to-order.  It is more like a `Savile Row` suit.  It is made to suit the need of the customer.  It may take a while longer to make it, but it is worth the efforts because the incinerator manufacturer has to use his skills, imagination, inventiveness, etc. to make a product that fits the bill.  It poses challenges to the design engineers and the production engineers.  People come up with new ideas to solve problems. New materials are identified and used.  In our line of work, we make incinerators, gas scrubbers, loading and de-ashing systems, tall stacks, direct fired thermal oxidisers, regenerative thermal oxidisers, animal cremators, free-burning trash destructors and so on.  Each one of these poses challenges of design, workmanship and performance. Each of the challenges is accepted with enthusiasm and enterprise and the incinerator system made, delivered and commissioned to the satisfaction of the end user.

In our opinion, customised systems give more satisfaction to us and the customer, as evident from:

-                  the hundreds of such systems we have made

-                  the repeat orders we got for such systems

-                  continuous and satisfactory performance of these systems for over a decade

We do recommend standard products from our range, wherever they meet the requirements of the job.  More on our vast incinerator product range here – Our Products
