Essential Instruments in Incinerator Manufacturing

Some key instruments are used in manufacture, quality control and testing of incinerators. We consider these essential because they provide proof of quality and performance of the incinerators to the clients.

1. Vibration meter - to measure and ensure vibrations of equipment are within specified limits.

2. Sound Level Meter - to measure and ensure noise levels of equipment are within limits.

3. Coating thickness meter - to measure thickness of painting - DFT.

4. Wet film thickness gauge - to measure WFT during painting.

5. Elcometer - to measure depth of profiles such as in blasting.

6. Sling Psychrometer - to measure relative humidity while painting

7. Ultrasonic thickness meter - to measure thickness of metals.

8. Infrared thermometer - for non-contact type temperature measurement.

9. Earth resistance tester - to ensure required resistance of earthing.

10. Digital monometer - to measure pressure of air and gases.

11. Digital light meter - to measure illuminance (LUX) work site.

12. TDS meter - to measure TDS content in water.

13. Digital clamp meter –t o measure current.

14. Digital Thermo Anemometer - to measure velocity of gas/air.

15. Digital Tachometer - to measure RPM of rotating equipment.

16. TruLaser - to measure distances

With the usage of these instruments during the manufacture of incinerator equipment to ensure required parameters are within the acceptable range, the resulting quality of the finished system with respect to appearance, paint quality, low vibration or noise, etc. ensures we do not get any issues either during factory acceptance testing or during installation, commissioning and operation. This leaves everyone, particularly, the client, happy that the incinerator equipment he is buying is what he wanted.
