Who is Our Best Customer?

Is your customer critical of your product, documents or service? Or is he accepting your product quality, the documents as submitted and the service as provided?

 

We would rate the customer who criticizes us as our best customer. One wonders why? The reasons are simple to find. The customer who accepts your product without complaint may not know much about it to criticize it.  And the one who criticizes may know a little more than enough about incinerators.

 

It is our duty to make the unknowing customer know about the incinerator system and its functions. And it is equally our duty to answer questions raised by the other customer to his satisfaction, that is, if everything is alright. However, there may be genuine areas of concern and then it becomes absolutely necessary to rectify the problem and learn from it.

 

Yes, that`s the word! We cannot learn what we have done wrong in our incinerator project, unless someone points it out. It is better this happens at the place of incinerator manufacture, giving us time to undo the damage, rather than at the end user`s place, where it is difficult to rectify easily.

 

Once satisfied, a critical incinerator customer becomes your ambassador. He speaks to other intending buyers well of the product and the readiness of the company to attend to issues without complaining.
