Compact & Durable Incinerator

The GD model incinerator in our range is an old war horse which is being used for varied applications.  This has been in our range for more than two decades.  It is a fact that some of the installations of the GD model have also been with users for 20 years.

For example, we supplied this incinerator to a Tea Estate in Tinsukia, Assam in the year 2001 and they sent us an order for supply of the same model in the year 2018, which is after 17 years.  We offered some current models but they insisted only on the GD, which worked tirelessly all these years for them.

No doubt, the design of the incinerator plays a major role in its life.  However, it is also to be considered that the materials used for construction, namely the quality of raw materials and bought-outs, including and in particular the refractory, have played their share of the role in its performance and life.

The GD model is a single burner type with provision for the flue gas to be burnt again by the same burner flame without having recourse to a separate secondary burner.  The waste is loaded onto a grated hearth where it is initially pyrolysed and the flue gas travels below the hearth via the flame to the stack, after repeated recirculation within.

This is a sub-stoichiometric design which does not produce visible smoke or odour, provided the right type of waste material is loaded.

The GD accepts many types of wastes including general garbage, food waste, paper waste, dry leaves, pharma waste, expired medicines, biomedical waste, animal waste, etc.

We are happy to continue to have this model in our range which has been installed in at least 100 locations throughout the world!
