The Best Incinerator

When Haat incinerators came into existence in the year 1999, our vision was not simply to make incinerators.  In addition to contributing our mite to getting rid of wastes through incineration, we realised quite early that no matter how specialized this work was, we had a greater obligation and responsibility to our fragile environment.  This is considering the burgeoning population and the ever- expanding metropolitan cities and industries in India and worldwide.

Our mission, therefore, was to contribute to a cleaner environment through our area of specialisation.

We have taken the following steps to achieve this mission.

1.                Our incinerator products are long-lasting, requiring practically no relining of the incinerators.  This means there is no wastage of resources, nor time nor money spent in doing this work.

2.                Our incinerators meet emission standards prevailing in different parts of the world.  We do not pollute the air.

3.                We have in our range products like regenerative thermal oxidizers, free burning trash destructors, etc. which are self-sustaining.  This means no fuel is consumed in running and operating these systems.  Even our hazardous waste incinerators utilize the calorific value of wastes, reducing fuel consumption to the bare minimum.

4.                The common hazardous waste incineration facility that we have in our premises does not discharge any waste water into the drains and the waste water is reused in the process, thereby preventing contamination of ground water.

5.                We do not use unsafe items like asbestos in our premises or in the incinerators manufactured by us.

6.                We are certified to ISO 9001 for our quality systems since 2000.

7.                We are also certified to ISO 14001 for environmental management since 2008.

8.                We are also certified to OHSAS 18001 since 2008 and migrated to ISO 45001:2018 for operational health and safety this year.

9.                We are probably the only Indian company to be certified for MED B+D certification for our marine incinerators.

10.             Our products are in use in more than 40 countries and we have something like 600+ installations worldwide.

11.             Our product designs are subject to continual improvements to minimize wastage and improve performance.

12.             Our incinerators protect marine life.

13.             Our incinerators and furnaces recover precious metals in the jewellery and pharma industries, with the knowledge it takes millions of years for these yellow and white metals to transform to their present form and that our future generations should not be deprived of these.

14.             We compete successfully with global incinerator companies worldwide, proudly raising the Indian flag.

15.             We contribute to the `Make in India` initiative, thus reducing expensive procurements from abroad.

We take this opportunity to re-dedicate ourselves to the cause of a clean environment.

We want our clients to be proud of the choice they made when they decide to install a Haat incinerator, because it is surely The Best Incinerator.
